Turning off everything electronic and just being still and quiet Heavy metal and beer that’s why I’m here shirt. It’s rare, but it is my favorite. Smoke a night fat joint (outside after my son is asleep) followed by a Hot bath with Eucalyptus, bubbles and music, candles lite, facial mask, maybe a glass of wine. When my kids are asleep and the house is quiet, I go to the porch, light a cigarette, and just relax. That’s my me time. Naps. Lots of naps. Naps in the bed. Naps on the couch. Naps during the day. Naps during the morning. Even naps at night. Naps while the kid is awake. Naps while the kid is asleep.
