In the anime: Sailor Chibi Chibi is the “Todoroki and Midoriyas Bakugou Chibi shirt Star Seed”, or original version of Sailor Galaxia. For those who’ve watched Sailor Stars, Sailor Galaxia is the final antagonist in the anime the Sailor Senshi fight. She is mentioned as being a champion or survivor of the Sailor Wars. To save herself from losing her original self, she cast away her Star Seed to save it from falling into the hands of “Chaos”. Chaos is the ultimate, unseen evil that is behind all villains in the Sailor Moon universe. Chibi also serves as a power-up for Eternal Sailor Moon by upgrading her scepter, and serving as “the Light of Hope” to use against Sailor Galaxia in her Chaos form in the final episodes of the anime.
