Willa wanted to go for her bday. I think we’ll do this Sunday. I’m in Greencastle and looking for a new place to go and many people mentioned this place but never said where it was. So if I do this online am I covered right away or do I have to wait until it arrives to kayak? Pretty sure if you putting in somewhere that’s not a boat launch or a state park you don’t need anything?? Correct me if I’m wrong.
