I go further, and affirm that bills of rights, in the sense and to the extent in which they are contended for, are not only unnecessary in the proposed Constitution, but would even be dangerous. They would contain various exceptions to powers not granted; and, on this very account, would afford a colorable pretext to claim more than were granted. For why declare that things shall not be done which there is no power to do? Why, for instance, should it be said that the liberty of the press shall not be restrained, when no power is given by which restrictions may be imposed? I will not contend that such a provision would confer a regulating power; but it is evident that it would furnish, to men disposed to usurp, a plausible pretense for claiming that power. The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. States were supposed to be a different animal. But since the 14th, it has pretty much eliminated the distinction. (especially since the so called “Incorporation Doctrine”) So I am not so sure any more about that. The Federal Government was supposed be extremely limited, as we have seen from several sources. And with the 14th, the States are now supposed to be severely limited. It seems to Progressives have really screwed this stuff all up.
This was written in comparison to working at a job for which you are paid. Specifically intended for the people who ignorantly believe that being a stay at home parent is not a job or hard work. It’s been 2 months since I moved into Zolo. I just faced everything Pros and cons are on my fingertip. Here is a detailed structure of what you are going to experience in Zolo Stay. People who have a choice to quit their jobs to take care of kids, travel or do anything else that doesn’t bring money are privileged and may be I am a little jealous too. They have the option to commit fully to one task and not take too much stress if that’s what they want to do. I also believe that going to work is not only for money. It develops an active mind where we think, take action and responsibility for a lot of things every day. I never felt that I am missing out on something when my mom and dad are at work. It made me more independent. We were in care centers for kids when they go to work. I guess I learned a lot of things there including caring for myself and to adjust myself with other kids who I did not know. Great memories too. My parents managed their time very well. We took so many trips that even my friends with stay at home moms did not. My mom knew a lot of things in the current world. For instance, a latest fashion trend. That made me so popular among other kids :D. I may be biased (because I have seen my parents), but I have a lot of respect and appreciation for people who balance their busy work and home equally. I think every person should work and have some life of their own instead of only home, kids. I saw many women complaining on how something they want did not happen because either the husband or in-laws did not agree for that. You know these are the most silly things to worry about in life and life could be way way more beyond all this drama.
