Right, they are bum-rushing Behind every great hairstylist who believes in herself is a daddy shirt process. Exactly the opposite of what Republicans did in 2016 when they kept the bus in the park for 11 months while Obama SCOTUS nominee Merrick Garland was up for consideration. Now when Trump nominee Brett Kavanaugh is up for nomination, their foot is on the gas to the point they well may run off the cliff. Why? Those of us watching with somewhat unbiased eyes know. They don’t want to be defeated and to look incompetent. Despite all their vetting through The Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society, they will not admit they still got a lemon in Kavanaugh. Some respectable and courageous Republican needs to stand up and say, we need to listen to these women.

And if their stories have credibility, Behind every great hairstylist who believes in herself is a daddy shirt. Trump should have the wisdom to do this, but what are the odds of that? If his lifetime appointment goes through with such a cloud of suspicion of these serious allegations, he will forever be a tainted justice. If Republicans admit they messed up picking Kavanaugh and nominate one of the many other highly qualified candidates, this whole thing will soon be a footnote in history. If they continue to be obstinate and stubborn, it may not be. The plot is… ok. It’s not the most engaging thing I’ve ever read, but it’s adequate. It’s not a gripping page-turner that I couldn’t put down. But, it’s at least consistent, coherent, and does at least somewhat.
