I think that less than 10 percent of them are still existing. In 2003 Mercedes-Benz relaunched the brand Maybach. Their targets to make 1,500 cars per year were never accomplished. As it seems they made less than 3,000 cars between 2003 and 2012, then they shut down the production. I assume that almost all of these cars are still alive. It is arguable if this is a Maybach or just a pimped Mercedes. I cannot tell how many of these have been sold, but they still are in production.
